子どもの安全に関する基準
「Twenty Four」（以下「本サービス」）は、児童の性的虐待及び搾取（CSAE：Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation）に当たる一切の内容及び行為を認めません。 このページは、本サービスにおける子どもの安全に関する基準と、その連絡先を公開するものです。
1. 禁止していること
利用規約 第１４条（禁止事項）は、ユーザーが本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為をし、 又は第三者にさせることを禁じています。
違法な画像、わいせつな画像、児童の性的搾取に係る画像又は過度に暴力的若しくは 残虐な画像を投稿する行為
この禁止は、投稿・コメント・ダイレクトメッセージを含む、本サービスの利用のすべてに及びます。 児童の性的虐待及び搾取に当たる内容及び行為は、形式を問わず認めません。
2. 見つけたときの対応
運営者は、通報を受けたとき、又は自ら把握したときは、内容を確認し、次の措置をとります。
(1)対象の投稿、コメント、メッセージ又は画像の削除
(2)当該利用者のアカウントの停止
(3)法令に基づく当局からの要請への対応
3. 自動での検査
投稿及びメッセージに添付された画像と動画は、不適切な内容が含まれていないかを 自動で検査しています。
(1)画像は、その画像の全体を検査します。
(2)動画は、一定の間隔でコマを抜き出し、抜き出したコマを画像と同じ方法で検査します。コマとコマの間、及び音声は検査していません。
(3)判定できなかったものは、「問題なし」としては扱いません。
不適切と判定された画像又は動画を含む投稿は、ほかの利用者には表示されません。
自動での検査は補助的なものであり、すべてを見つけられるものではありません。 そのため、次の通報の仕組みを併せて用意しており、通報を受けたものは運営者が内容を 確認して対応します。

アプリの中から、次のものをそれぞれ通報できます。

下記の窓口へメールで申し出ることもできます。この申出は、アカウントの登録の有無を問わず 行うことができます（利用規約 第１２条第１項）。
児童の性的搾取に係る情報についての申出では、氏名及び連絡先を記載する必要はありません （利用規約 第１２条第２項第３号）。

Child Safety Standards (English)
Twenty Four (the "Service") does not tolerate any content or conduct that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page publishes our child safety standards and the point of contact for them. The Japanese text above is the original; this English text is a reference translation.
1. What is prohibited
Article 14 (Prohibited Conduct) of our Terms of Use prohibits users, in their use of the Service, from engaging in — or causing a third party to engage in — the following:
Posting illegal images, obscene images, images relating to the sexual exploitation of children, or excessively violent or cruel images.
This prohibition applies to all use of the Service, including posts, comments and direct messages. We do not allow content or conduct amounting to child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form.
2. What we do when we find it
When we receive a report, or otherwise become aware of such content, we review it and take the following measures:
(1)Removal of the post, comment, message or image concerned
(2)Suspension of the account concerned
(3)Response to requests from authorities in accordance with applicable law
3. Automated checking
Images and videos attached to posts and messages are automatically checked for inappropriate content.
(1)Images are checked in their entirety.
(2)Videos are checked by extracting frames at regular intervals and checking those frames by the same method used for images. The footage between frames, and audio, are not checked.
(3)Anything that could not be judged is not treated as free of problems.
A post containing an image or video judged inappropriate is not shown to other users.
Automated checking is a supplementary measure and cannot find everything. The reporting mechanism below is therefore also provided, and reports we receive are reviewed by the operator.
4. How to report
From within the app, each of the following can be reported:

Reports may also be sent by email to the contact below. Such reports may be made whether or not the sender has registered an account (Terms of Use, Article 12(1)).
For reports concerning information relating to the sexual exploitation of children, the sender is not required to provide their name or contact details (Terms of Use, Article 12(2)(iii)).
